Barco and ClickShare Hub Pro Expand Teams Rooms Strategy with Huddly Integration

Written by Craig Durr | Apr 22, 2026 12:50:25 PM

The Brief: Barco introduced a wireless room system bundle developed with Huddly and certified for Microsoft Teams.

The solution pairs ClickShare Hub Pro with the Huddly C1 video bar to support small to medium meeting spaces. It enables one-tap meeting start, wireless 4K content sharing through next-generation ClickShare Buttons, and AI-powered video and audio.

The bundle is built on Microsoft’s Device Ecosystem Platform (MDEP), which gives IT teams a way to manage devices and security in one place. It also includes dual display support and Wi-Fi 6E for faster and more reliable connectivity. Moreover, the Huddly C1 supports modular deployment so meetings can scale into multi-camera configurations.

With this addition, Barco now offers three Microsoft Teams certified bundles for improved meeting consistency across rooms.

Barco ClickShare Hub Pro and Huddly C1 Bring Wireless Room System Bundle to Teams Rooms

Analyst Perspective: Barco is moving past standalone wireless presentation and stepping into complete room systems. This update reinforces its presence in meeting environments where consistency and certification matter. And integrating Microsoft’s platform shows a clear effort to meet enterprise IT expectations.

The partnership with Huddly brings more intelligence to video capabilities. It shows how hardware partnerships are being used to improve user experience without making systems harder to manage. It also shows a growing move toward collaboration tools that rely on AI to enhance the meeting experience.

Bundled systems make deployment more straightforward because everything is pre-integrated. That’s how Barco simplifies procurement and setup and supports organizations looking for predictable performance across multiple meeting rooms.

Built for Seamless Wireless Collaboration

The Clickshare Hub Pro and Huddly C1 bundle introduces a wireless conferencing setup to help teams start and run meetings with less effort.

The ClickShare Hub Pro allows users to start sessions with a single tap through its control interface, while the latest ClickShare Buttons use Wi-Fi 6E and USB-C DisplayPort technology to support 4K content sharing.

The system also supports dual displays, which allows participants to view content and video at the same time to reduce the need for cables and minimizes setup time during meetings.

AI Video and Modular Flexibility in Meeting Rooms

The Huddly C1 video bar brings AI-driven capabilities that improve how participants are captured and heard. It is designed as a modular system that can operate independently or scale into multi-camera setups, which allows organizations to adapt room configurations as their needs change without reworking the entire system.

The device improves how people are framed on camera and makes voices easier to hear, so everyone comes through clearly. It works reliably across different room sizes and keeps the experience consistent for those in the room and those joining remotely.

Enterprise Management and Security Foundations

The solution runs on Microsoft’s Device Ecosystem Platform to provide IT teams with a clear way to control and secure devices.

Through tools like the XMS Cloud Management Platform, systems can be monitored and managed from one place. And with security and user control built in, screen sharing only happens when users intentionally activate it to prevent unintended screen broadcasts

On top of that, it works across major operating systems, so users can connect without installing anything extra. This setup helps organizations maintain consistent experiences while adhering to their internal security standards across different meeting rooms.

Advancing Standardized Meeting Room Deployments

There’s a clear demand for meeting room solutions that are straightforward to use and easy to deploy across teams.

Many organizations still deal with uneven room setups, time-consuming installations, and inconsistent user experiences. With this bundle, those concerns are addressed through a pre-integrated system designed to simplify both deployment and everyday use.

It’s a strong fit for businesses running multiple sites that depend on reliable, consistent performance. But adoption may depend on how well organizations integrate these systems into existing workflows. Older setups may need adjustments, and teams could benefit from some guidance early on.

A gradual rollout, paired with clear onboarding, can help ease the transition.

Going forward, this release speaks to the rising interest in ready-made collaboration systems. Teams are looking for hybrid meeting tools that keep things simple, work consistently, and give IT teams better control across the organization, which should make offerings like this more appealing.
